My  platform is "Volunteer!".  I would like to post a challenge to all princess', preteens, and teens to participate in someway with the Global Youth Service Day. April-24-26, 2009.GYSD is the largest service event in the world with millions of youth participating.

  I am  partnering with the Hanover Global Youth Service Day to bring awareness to the program which encourages youth to do volunteer or service work.  For the people in the Metro-Richmond area they are planning a kick-off day March 21, 2009 that will include registering for projects, sampling free foods, listening to live bands/DJ, mini projects, meeting non profit representatives, and celebrate the collective work that young people provide to address community needs.
